On Friday the fifteenth day of July Telvue was taken down 10% from 20 to 18 and was shorted to the tune of 3145 shares, With all the shorts these mm have to their name where Telvue is concerned 3145 is no great shakes. It is, however , a short that was to be covered in 13 days. It is quite possible I have interpreted the rules incorrectly. This much I do know. Friday the 15th we were at 20 and we were taken to 18 as is the custom of the market maker to take the stock down on Friday so you can look at it all weekend and think of selling cheap shares to them. That day they shorted us 3145 according to the Finra daily short report. The way I read it that short should have been covered today. If my interpretation is incorrect then I must be corrected by someone.
