Black increased the O/S in Q1. The offer happened after.

We don't know if he is still selling shares into the market or not so you can't just flat say "Black is still selling shares into the market and there is more going on".

Maybe you should take a step back since you are just making things up. Have you talked to Black? I bet not. Well, I have and I can tell you he is hard at work.
