IMO its more important to look at the dilution TREND, rather than each individual issuance.
The dilution size/rate is accelerating and each time they are done liquidating a chunk, they just issue more. It never ends... IMO its just a matter of how fast they can get people to buy the endless supply, before the stock is completely worthless.
There are better/safer plays to trade. This one is not even worth it... with all these sour business dealings and disgruntled employees, someone might whistleblow to the SEC to cover their own arse.
