according to the sec chairman the dtcc global lock was still in place because bcit had no t/a. instead of straightening that out with the sfc watching, megas ran. there has been a number of things megas could have tried to do, but he hasn't done anything other than send ohbull out every 6 to 9 months to bs s/h's.
