I would never expect ALTO to ever mine any gold Bishi IMO. He is in the business of setting up public companies(shells), selling shares, pocketing cash for years for himself & friends, running the share price into the ground, folding up shop & starting a new one the following week. I know it stinks, but thats how it is. I agree, it shouldn't be allowed to happen.
