Fair is not relevant here. Those who converted knew that there was a risk and still went through the trouble to convert because they thought there would be a huge return. I personally had planned on converting half of my SDVI to cover my bets, but didn't because there was not enough information to convince me that the trouble of conversion was worth the story we were told. By not converting, I was missing out on the potential that GRAFF would explode and that SDVI would languish. Would it be fair if GRAFF went through the roof on IPO and the SDVI holders had to sit and watch what could have been?
Let's hope that we can all come up with an easy, fair solution such as rolling back time and giving back all converted SDVI shares.
