What don't you understand, this is an IP to movies & merchandise company, the contracts for the most part are standard. One of the main problems this board is facing is that people here have no clue about this kind of company, I've repeatidly posted Marvel's financials as there is past information exposed that can be read and easily understood showing how companies like this get paid.
