Can someone explain why the OS has been all over the place over the past year but now that it is back up to 266M there is fraud, extortion, corruption etc. etc. etc.? I get that there is probably dilution but the interim report for last June had the OS at 305M and in January it was 343M. The annual report had the weighted at 170M which doesn't seem possible with well over 300M shares OS the entire first half of the year. It's just not all adding up and without audited SEC filed numbers I just don't know if I believe the OS numbers. Still hanging on for a while to see what happens....I almost filled out the term sheet until I went back and looked at all of the reports over the past year and a half and saw the inconsistancy
