Yes, completely false and/or misleading (remember the optional part is "false") but well said if looking for an example of misleading information about Expo. Absolutely nothing about Expo Holdings was correct. The company is broke, has no business of significance and little or no options to raise capital outside of dilutive means. No Form 3s filed so you have no idea if the officers are even shareholders. No financial filings, so you have no idea of whether of not the company has performed what otherwise might be termed "material events" to keep afloat. No information of significance coming from the company at all...it might as well be completely dark. In fact, if Expo Holdings had gone dark years ago, think of all the money that their shareholders wouldn't have lost and the company wouldn't have squandered. IN FACT, if Expo Holdings had GONE OUT OF BUSINESS in January of 2009, the ONLY people who wouldn't have made money would be the insiders, PIPE funders, Harrs and Brown. Every other (non-employed) person associated with the company LOST MONEY. My guess is that the employees (except those pumping for discounted shares) would have even done better since they would have had to find jobs at real companies and wouldn't be being laid off all the time. Very well said indeed, LMAO! IMHO.
