I'm glad you are at least having fun and laughing at this with me. But that's like saying putting on a cape makes you Superman as well. LOL. 
However let's not bring common sense into this discussion because mathematically speaking this would be a joke. Anybody believing that PDOS = Marvel must have been reading comic books during elementary math class. Take a look at their debt in the financials and you'll see that PDOS is not doing well. Together with a lack of royalties from C&A ticket sales and you have the real business model: dilution.
Sorry, but that's my honest opinion.
