Jerry...being a principal officer in a business like Expo Holdings is like trying to roller skate through a WW2 minefield. Those mines 1) each representing a previous lie told by the company and 2) having been placed so numerously and, in some cases, so long ago you no longer can keep accurate records of what is what or where. Every single move you make has to be weighed against the positions you were in previously so that you don't take a misstep and blow yourself to kingdom come. That is the point Brown and Harrs are at right now. They have reached the stage where they not only have lost 100% credibility, but that ever single thing they attempt to do or say is going to be scrutinized down to the molecular level. They not only have to issue lies that match up with what they have said previously, but the lies have to be so conceptually perfect from beginning to end that no one can blow them up...like Mike just completely blew up the doghouse "deals". Once you have earned the wrath of your shareholders through years of stealing from them and lying to them AND you've attracted the attention of people who are very, VERY good at exposing scams on the pinks and OTC, your job of running that scam becomes almost impossible.

So it may SEEM like there is a total lack of basic deductive reasoning with each and every "update" or PR coming out of Expo Holdings. But it only looks that way because of the unbelievable amount of contortionism each and every prevaricative sentence they write has to be put through to pass muster in this public forum. It is also a pretty good indication of when a scam is about ready to fold too, BTW and I think Expo is weeks if not days away from either a RM or a R/S possibly followed later by a RM, . IMHO.
