looks like it, this is not the first contract they signed through their partners to supply the fed gov't with hardware for gov't agencies.
It does appear that the fed gov't is satisfied with both the product quality and price...imo iweb could really move, .20 cents is a joke for a real cloud computing / post pc era hardware supplier that has both the expertise, engineering, and marketing (merging with Promark gives them access to 1200 re-sellers - 10s of thousands of end users/customers) behind them for their entry into the cloud space.. sweet entry point here as well...
