My batting record is pretty high on this play. I don't think I ever called to "release the Kracken", nor did I believe there was a stock buy back going on when deano was dilutin, etc.
Rather than just saying I will be wrong, why don't you discuss my suggestion. The placement by N could be done by the end of next week and all 300 could be proud N shareholders, whatever N is.
Heck, at $.0001 you could buy 1MM shares for $100. Then all the lawsuits could be dropped and the 300 could move on. Isn't that what everyone wants.
Jeff already has ball rolling with the alphabet agencies, that won't stop.
