I spoke to the attorney who represented Catalina Lighting in b/k court yesterday, Peter Levitt, Shutts & Bowen http://www.bizjournals.com/southflorida/stories/2010/04/19/daily6.html

Peter told me that ticker was sold to Boyne Capital Partners, LLC’s affiliate, Evolution Lighting, LLC w/all assets.

This morning, I spoke to Derek A. McDowell Boyne Capital Partners, LLC [phone]. He was well aware of the stock price movement of yesterday. He told me that he received many phone calls. When I asked him in details about Evolution/Catalina's ties w/ CALAQ, he stated, "Boyne Capital & Evolution/Catalina has nothing to do with CALAQ. The shareholders received nothing at b/k court and as far as I know, someone else owns that".
