Although I wonder why they are withholding more (essential!!!)details about the deal, unfortunately I don't think they are violating any rules, right now. You said that yourself. So stop that suggestion.

Nonetheless, despite Peter always talking about our "ERHC family", it's obvious that Mam & Dad are not revealing everything, and certainly not immediately, to their kids.

If they don't have valid business reasons for withholding essential details about the deal for a period of time, then it is probably because management is extremely focused on SEO and his wishes and demeanour.

It is about the still present massive upward potential of this BB stock, that I, and most others, put up with this marriage, instead of leaving... not in the last place because most are in the red with this 'barge'.
