I have a desire to see the sharing percentages between ERHE and Chad. I have a desire to find out the amount of the signature bonus and the term it will be paid over. I have a desire to find out what the ERHE work commitment is in terms of additional seismic, the number of wells required, the amount to be expended etc. I have a desire to find out if the 50% block is divided or undivided. I have a desire to find out how many wells have been drilled in these blocks, if any are producing, the potential of the wells and how prospective the blocks are. And I have a desire to find the time frame for all of this. Those are all things we could learn from seeing the PSC.
I have no desire to see the exact verbiage. I care about the details. But I know from experience that this company has no clue how to summarize anything in a way that shareholders can understand. Hence my call for the full PSC so we can interpret the PSC ourselves without Peter Ntephe's censorship and slant.
My motivation is quite obviously to have enough information to value my investment and to determine if it is a good idea to stay in this stock any longer. We never receive that information and we aren't getting it now either.
