So our "very valuable blocks" in Chad are not material to ERHE? I find that hard to believe. The link below is a good summary of the requirements for disclosing a definitive material event. Decide for yourself if ERHE is compliant or not. I have already come to my conclusion. I suppose you could find some way of getting out of it but it seems to me it would be far easier to just publish the PSC as required. I am sick and tired of ERHE hiding these things from us whether it is "legal" or not. They still have not figured out that being open and forthcoming is far better for the share price and for attracting investors than trying to hide everything they do from us.
