I think they are trying to get more people to Pay for stuff like Level 2, that is why they put it in the most visible spot!

Terrible decision, the 2 most used icons shoved in the upper right and VERY SMALL.... Home / Mailbox. And Favorites shoved to the right. Who makes these decisions? I think it's a selling tactic to get you to upgrade.... Not!
