Does SEC have lawsuit against CMGR?...Not ... Debt holders LOVE common stock because the get to convert at a much lower rpice, dump shares quickly and make a super quick profit that far exceeds their investment. Look at the past.. A 30% or more conversion dumped at 10% or so for a huge profit by debt holders. The current buyers of the common are the real fools. When there is pumping new there seems to be a lot of shares dumped and it has to be conversion and dilution. 4 reverse splits supports teh death spiral theory for CMGR. How long can the BOD keep this farce going???
