A rare event when ANY penny stock can boast of non-dilutive financing. Having passed muster with USCIS also lends intense credibility to NBRI and its CEO. I've personally gone through USCIS/Homeland Security screening and it is without question that NBRI and the CEO have been scrutinized in minutia and found favorable. Nothing like having the government put its stamp of approval on an OTC company. This is one of those stocks where it's difficult to feel like you could ever own enough of it. Major milestone forward.
