It still has nothing to do with short interest. It has to do with restricted stock. - janice shell

It may have something to do with restricted stock. But it also, in some cases, have something to do with the amount of short interest that exists. If there are more shares "floating" around than exist, it is possible for the beneficial ownership to be higher than the issued and outstanding.

ZAGG doesn;t appear to have this problem. Will be watching closely as the short interest increases.
