This purpose of this board is to construct a model of the anatomy of the average pump and dump stock.

As the board evolves and grows the hope is that eventually we will have uncovered "patterns" which will serve as red flags for investors in the high risk / low reward OTC-BB and Pink Sheet marketplace.

Under no circumstances is this board to be used to launch attacks on specific stocks. We will however use real life examples, both past and present, as we endeavor to create our “early warning system”.

We will be examining trading patterns, message thread activity, common forms of financing, financial statement analysis and home state / country of the company as well as other measurable "data sets" that can be employed to construct our model.

Please feel free to submit stocks / companies, past and present, that you believe warrant analysis for the stated purpose of this board.
