That is the way I was leaning regarding the release...because the prior report did not adhere to exact guidelines especially regarding the measurements, it had to be done but it does not change the value in the ground that they have and can pull out.

I saw it as a procedural formality to move forward.

Just wanted to get other viewpoints.
