Dead wrong. The 8k null and voided the 10K for the date the 8k was filed and that date forward.

By the way, the investigation is substantially over and this is all they found in the last 2 years was a restatement of non-cash incorrect accounting treatment? Dats it? 100% of the other wild conspiracy theories I read over the last 2 years were all bogus? Not a single about P2O? Nuttin' ?
