Actually that should say MAY be charged.

That assumes the the SEC decides to go forward with the staff recommendation, a decision that has not been made yet.

The likely outcome is an agreement to correctly value assets in the future and MAYBE a fine. Very unlikely that it will go further than that.

The future's so bright I have to wear shades.
