That's true, there is nothing to settle because there is no case yet. If there becomes a case, it would be a Tier 1 restatement which is a $50,000 fine per violation (and could be settled for even less than $50,000

True, $50,000 is a lot of money. I could buy not one, but THREE, Hondas with that cash. LOL
