By the same token you don't know anything to the contrary....gee ya think JBII stated in the 8k what they think the SEC is after because they do know what the SEC is looking at? After all the SEC has been talking to them....conducting their investigation which requires subpoenaing documents and information....that's how investigations are conducted....
