I see everyone talking about this 'Form-4' we should be expecting but, if no shares changed hands in the Form-5, then why would a Form-4 be filed? A Form-4 must be filed within 48hrs., IF there was a change. Am I misunderstanding this?

The Form-5 clearly states that no shares were acquired or disposed of.

I believe a Form-5 must be filed within 30 days after the end of the fiscal year, regardless. If there is any change then a Form-4 must be filed.
