The debt holders don't like the common shares. They get the preferreds, I think there are like 8 different classes of preferreds, and I'm pretty sure they all have different # of commons they convert to.

CMGR is basically a dead stock trading, commons will always be worthless unless you are a note holder. Eventually I see it being revoked since the SEC has started to do its job....its just a matter of time IMO.
