There have been 4 reverse splits. When debt is converted into shares at below the current pricing, the seller dumps aggressively to make a profit and there are enough buyers to keep the stock from really going sub penny. I am waiting to see some huge sell off again as conversion will be below the current 5 cents and maybe pushing us to a penny on the next dump. The new debt holders will then get a conversion below a penny and sell again taking us to sub penny, just like the last 4 times. All the current buyers have lost as we have declined since the conversion with no significant uptick. Many recently bought at 10 to 20 cents and now can only sell at 5 cents. So far it appears that have traded the entire float several times since the reverse.
