We now wait for SEC to rule on RLAB...Is Doug taking the fall or is the company also responsible? Doug was selling a lot more shares then just this one incident in my opinion. For what was netted after the kick back, was Doug so greedy to destroy stockholders for a few bucks? I think there was pumping when we went from a few million shares to 160 million shares to cover dilution and kickbacks. The new CEO invested time and money to takeover RLAB and the new BOD also got the Shyster Doug treatment. Why destroy everyone and crush any potential to move RLAB forward? I hope the SEC cancels all of Doug's shares and he does some time in Jail.
