Also, if the "company" is solvent and an ongoing entity, then why would the bondholders need to be paid off?....this isn't a Ch 7 liquidation, this is Ch 11 re-org right?

I have a hard time believing with so many guilty parties involved this wouldn't be settled at some point (but I think that is also the biggest obstacle......to many parties have to agree on a settlement).


Equity has to get something, even if it just from the SNH group, but I think SG must have enough evidence on the other characters in this masquarade as well. Yesterdays hearing really seemed to show THJMW on our side with admittance of much evidence and of course the PSI doc as well.

I agree with a number of posters who believe this is headed to DC, that is where the real money will be found. Now will it ever get there is the $$$$ question.
