how can taking longer for the S-1 be a good thing and FACT?
if it is taking so long, then the SEC is kicking back the filing
and raising questions about certain items.
the more it gets kicked back the longer it takes and investor
confidence will wane.
NITE /ET collaring the market again, insight has it that they will
keep taking it down until it is probably under .01 again,
