IMO - PPS has been at this level due to a couple fo factors. Company really in first year as a growth company. So still operating at a loss. Before that they were an idea company.

You also have Zuckerman and Lincoln Capitol with shares.
Once those staisfied and with growth numbers,, it will move very fast. IMHO - buy at these prices and wait for these things to happen.
