The Board has noted the increases in the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company today and wishes to state that the Board is not aware of any reason for such increases save as disclosed herein
However, in the same statement, they said they're launching their new versions of E-cigar and E-pipe next month in a trade fair!
The Group will hold a trade conference in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) in early August 2011 at which intended distributors will be invited to discuss the possible co-operation with the Group for the distribution of the Group’s atomizing cigarettes. At such trade conference, newly designed products will be launched, namely, e-cigars and e-pipes. Design patent for e-cigars has been filed on 20 July 2011 in the PRC. It is expected that more core patents will be filed by the Group.
Yeah!!! Finally some movement on their e-cig business!
