This makes sense for the period when TEVA was under a restraining order. Was NVS not allowed to launch when the order was lifted?

Exwannabe is correct - NVS has launched an authorized generic for Lotrel via Sandoz, right after the Court vacated the temporary restraining order (and also denied a NVS motion for a preliminary injunction).
