I doubt the miss is what's causing the 30% decline in CMN, I believe it is Olympus cancellation by July next year of the distribution agreement in Canada, that was a pretty big chunk (80%) of the Canadian CMN group, "Carsen". Mind you, in the most recent period, 40% of the bottom line of CMN was contributed by Carsen, an without Olympus (80% of Carsen's business), Carsen is probably not going to break even and will probably need to be drastically downsized or closed. Additional costs. While CMN expect to be paid something for that ($6 MM), it surely is going to throw a monkey wrench in their growth plans. For now, I would suggest staying away from CMN.
