That I can't answer. All I can say, as others have, is I made transer on-line and the shares were tranferred about 4 days later (showed up at Fidelity yesterday). I placed order and it's a go. I don't know why they would send them back to St or whoever. I think that if they were not able to transfer then it would not have happened. Also, If it is a mistake on fidelity's part, then they keep making the same mistake (letting transfer thru then reversing it). SO FAR, all is ok with mine. I called St to cancel account, so if they decide to send them back, they will have no where to send the shares IMO.
