ps: well my stock in SCLN leaped today..... take a look at the Insider Buying on this.

Basically their European partner Sigma Tau is part (or wholly ?) owned by the Cavazzo Bros, who have purchased enormous amounts of the stock in the past 3 months. They are now somewhere near 15% (well, double-digits at least - I am not counting, but this is the approx consensus on the YMB) of the outstanding shares.

And they are not finished, judging by today's volume. Plus the strategy has been to sell puts, to lock in the price in advance, presumably until cash is freed up. A ton of these are not covered.

They are doing a 350-patient phase II trial in malignant Melanoma for SCLN, now fully enrolled - and it's Open Label.
