From what BMRN did recently (bought out a Wyeth plant not used by Pfizer on the cheap #msg-64578555) it would seem now may be an opportunistic time to acquire manufacturing facilities. The one thing that makes me uncertain about that being the best use of cash for Momenta is they may need much more capacity then what BMRN needed (and I'd guess cost proportionally more).
