I agree, The easy way out is just to pay people .001 and say we got "Oops" covered. Let the insider who sold, their broker, and the TA come up with the cash. Heck, I am a nice guy and would even let you get off the hook with at least .0005 pps just to put this all behind us across the board. Pay me in CASH and keep your FS shares.
