If they are going to bust the first scam then they need to ensure all previous shareholders receive the spinoff dividend reserved just for the insiders (even though the little shareholder was cashed out at .0005) and while were at it throw some big fines at the company management (not the company itself per se) and the insider at fault for this whole mess as well as the TA and the insider's broker.
