Len, I have a friend that bought a condo in north Florida along the gulf coast. He has made about $200K in one year. I got an e-mail from him a few days ago and he said that the condo market over there has already started to drop some. Condo's that were $389K a few months ago are now $339. (I guess that means he has only made $150K now in one year). Home prices here in central Florida are still going up.
