As per another board: "you won't see that on a higher volume day" and "just received a call back from NITE's compliance officer, I must tell you I am more confused than ever- nice guy, spoke slowly and clearly, but mostly was explaining how people really don't ubderstand the new regs, and that one can't assume that there's a "direct correlation between the size of the ask displayed and actual market interest", because there are many exceptions in the regs (market orders as opposed to firm limit orders; MM to MM trades; and apparently, a client may "request" that there ask size "not be displayed")- in a nutshell, I have no clue what he was saying (other than that NITE is indeed playing by the rules)- just thought I would let everybody know that they at least took my e-mail seriously enough to call me-"
