Guess I'll have to now endorse Lurker. Lurker, you may feel honored or cursed.

He hit the target with the word semantics. And the idea the SEC would have handled any minor issues in the background, with no publicity attached. Really, it's not the SEC's mandate to destroy microcap stocks with questions.

I've never seen a stock with so little to offer, so vigorously defended. It's interesting. Makes the idea of swing trading it later that much more appealing.
