We are getting a joint financial statement early august.
I understand that we will see that they are already cash
flow positive. The only shareholder money that may be
Needed to grow their own retail stores will likely come
From private placements from shareholders who want
to help, myself included. Dilution will likely be a thing of
the past should they be cash flow positive post reverse
merger, IMO. A few weeks from now we will all know and I
believe many will be investing here both publicly and
privately.
