SEC: You are guilty of fraud (charge). What are you going to do about it? (question) That example doesn't apply to LLEG, and frankly it makes no sense.

The SEC doesn't determine guilt of fraud (a crime). The justice department would pursue a crime in the court system.

The SEC clearly stated in it's PR that it has QUESTIONS related to PRs, financials, and websites. The SEC specifically chose the word QUESTIONS and not CHARGES for a reason. Any attempt to interchange the words is speculation and incorrect in my opinion.
