IMPORTANT Ilene the other reason why timing of trades on Dec 31, 2009 is that on that day (because end of year) there was a short trading day!! Shuts down early!

Then EC needs to find out on pacer if disclosure was EVEN filed to public on Dec 31, 2009!!


Even pacer shuts down EARLY on that day!!



It might not have went public till Jan 2, 2010!!!!


So easy for EC to find out yet when it was shown PUBLICALLY!!!

Just find day and time of release!! And SUBMIT it into evidence yet for argument!!or cross on debtors!!

When they Question debtors when released they stated and if they find out it was only on PACER on Jan 2, 2010 you have them cold on IT!!!
