Our guys rocked and despite the hedgies being really well coached, trading documents and compliance/employee handbooks don't lie.

JMW is intently listening to the testimony and I think she gets it, but I am still not calling it for the home team, yet. The tide is turning, and with each witness, except Malwani, agreeing that JPMC agreed to give back the 4.1...to me, the negotiations start after that and other assets get returned.

Kosturos is the big draw...he and BR are implicated in a number of negotiations that are clear examples of not maximizing value for the estate...at best.

Although the days are long...I still think this is the best show in town...bringing popcorn for tomorrow :)
