This is the trial for the confirmation of por 6.5 ! I believe it was Owl Creek's lawyer who admitted IT in court when he stated everyone did it. After I heard that I thought this thing would be settled without any hearing. I would think the hedge funds have been brought to their knees by now, they know Kosturus is going to screw up big time, so I think they may now be willing to forfeit at least half their positions for this to go away. But I am now not so certain that EC wants to settle this thing at this point.
